Hey Friend! Come learn about me

I want to explore with you

My ideal practice is one where the relationships between myself, my clients, and the land are alive, supported by each other, and generate healing aliveness.

About Cassie

Here's a snapshot into my life and background

I grew up playing in the woods. My connection to nature and the Earth underneath us continues to guide and support my practice. Somatic Experiencing as a framework mimics the wisdom of nature in many ways.

Perhaps because of all the time I spent outdoors as a kid, and continue to now as an adult, my capacity for being grounded is one of my greatest skills. I will offer you an attuned, non-judgemental presence, a natural invitation to co-regulate.

After experiencing my own trauma of a wildfire taking my childhood home, somatic healing offered me more relief and healing than anything else I found. Years later, now a practitioner myself, every time I get to hold space for another person’s healing is a gift. It is truly the greatest honor of my life to witness my clients become more confident, at peace, and alive over time.
