Ideal for beginners and practitioners of any level looking to slow down, feel into your own body, and experience more deeply being held by your own system and the earth. We will meditate, breath, and move together, exploring individual goals and poses. 

A movement practice that supports being with yourself

Yoga

These 90 minute sessions are collaborative and dependent on your goals. 
There is possibility for weaving in somatic work, yoga, meditation, and play.
