Come make something.
Come home to yourself.
A monthly somatic art gathering in Sacramento
One evening a month, a small circle of us gathers to move a little, make a little, and slow all the way down. You leave with something you made and a nervous system a few degrees softer than when you walked in.

What to expect
You don't have to be an artist.
You don't have to share a thing.
This is not an art class and it's not therapy. It's a couple of hours to get out of your head and back into your body, in the company of kind strangers. We keep it small on purpose. You can sit in the corner with your markers and a mug of cider and that absolutely counts as being here. Nothing gets performed. Nothing gets analyzed. You make what you make, and you get to keep it. Lifelong forest witch or just nature-curious, you're welcome here.
This is for you if
You feel things deeply and you're tired of that being treated as a problem.
You've done some inner work and want to bring your body into it.
You're craving real connection that doesn't ask you to perform.
You just need one evening that's gentle, creative, and yours.
